锥形空心锤辅助成孔技术

摘要 以东江特大桥主桥钻孔灌注桩成功经验为背景,介绍了锥形空心锤辅助成孔工艺实例,解决了在复杂地质条件下大直径超长桩成孔施工的一系列难题,提高了钻孔灌注桩施工速度和成孔质量,达到了安全可靠、施工快速、经济合理的预期目标,获得较好的综合效益,为今后同类型工程施工提供参考。 Based on the successful experience of Dongjiang main bridge bored piles as the background,introduces forming process example with conical hollow hammer,it solved a series of problems for pore forming construction of large diameter long pile under complex geological conditions.This method improved the construction speed of bored piles and the quality of the hole,achieved the target of safe and reliable construction,fast construction,economic and reasonable,and achieved better comprehensive benefits,it can provide valuable reference for the future similar engineering construction.
