Reinforcement Forming and Hoisting Construction Technology of Large-Diameter of Beam in Super-High Building

基于三一南方总部大厦工程超高层大直径钢筋框架梁施工实例,创新提出一种超高层大直径梁钢筋定型加工及整体吊装思路。重点介绍了预制台座、钢筋骨架定型加工设计、超高层吊装施工工艺,降低了施工难度,提高了施工效率,有效保证了钢筋施工质量和施工进度。

Based on the construction example of large-diameter steel reinforcement beam in Sanyi South Headquarters Building,a new reinforcement forming and overall lifting technology of large-diameter beam is proposed.This paper mainly introduces the prefabricated pedestal,steel frame shaping design and super high-rise hoisting construction technology,which reduces the construction difficulty,improves the construction efficiency.The construction technology effectively guarantees the construction quality and construction progress of the reinforcement.
