基于中国造价体系在工程建设中的适用性,通过利用现行中国造价体系,根据项目国的经济条件、施工技术水平以及项目的具体情况,在中国造价体系的基础上进行人工、材料、机械的要素价格调整,取费调整,采用定额调整为主,实物法为补充校验相结合的方法,从而较为准确地编制海外工程投资。

Based on the applicability of domestic cost system in China engineering construction,through the use of the current cost of the system in China,according to the project economic condition,construction technology and the specific situation of the project,we adjust price of the labor,materials,mechanical and the fee based on Chinese cost system,using the method that is mainly based on quota adjustment and the method of material object is combined with supplementary calibration,so as to accurately compile overseas engineering investment.
