Project budget management plays an important role in business management.The important role of the wharf project budget management and the current problems and improvement measures of the wharf project was analyzed and discussed in this paper.Taking the actual new wharf project as an example,the implementation process of the wharf project budget is discussed in detail,and the wharf project budget management is proposed.Issues that need attention,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for terminal project budget management.
