基于赋能工作坊模式在结直肠癌PICC置管患者健康教育中的应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨赋能工作坊模式在结直肠癌PICC置管患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法严格按照纳入标准和排除标准选取2014年6月~2017年6月的112例PICC结直肠癌化疗患者,按照随机方法分为干预组(58例)和对照组(54例),对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用赋能工作坊模式进行健康教育。比较两组患者的PICC知识技能掌握水平、自我效能感、焦虑情绪水平、并发症和不良现象发生率。结果两组患者的知识技能掌握水平、自我效能、焦虑水平、并发症和不良现象发生率的比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论赋能工作坊运用于结直肠癌PICC置管患者的健康教育中,有助于提升患者对健康教育内容的掌握与记忆效果,提高患者的自我效能,降低焦虑水平、提高治疗间歇期的PICC维护质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of empowerment workshop in health education of PICC patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 112 cases of PICC colorectal cancer chemotherapy patients from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected in strict accordance with inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into intervention group(58 cases)and control group(54 cases).The control group received routine nursing care,while the intervention group received health education in the mode of empowerment workshop.The levels of PICC knowledge and skills,self-efficacy,anxiety,complications and adverse phenomena in the two groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in knowledge and skill mastery,self-efficacy,anxiety,complications and adverse phenomena between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The empowerment workshop is applied in the health education of patients with PICC catheterization for colorectal cancer,which is helpful to improve patients'mastery of health education content and memory effect,improve patients'self-efficacy,reduce anxiety level and improve the quality of PICC maintenance during treatment interval.
