同伴支持延续性护理干预对前列腺癌手术患者的影响

Effect of peer support continuous nursing intervention on prostate cancer patients undergoing surgery

目的探究同伴支持延续性护理干预对前列腺癌手术患者的影响。方法选取该院2015年9月~2016年9月收治的行常规护理干预的前列腺癌手术患者65例作为对照组,另选取该院2016年10月~2017年10月收治的行同伴支持延续性护理干预的前列腺癌手术患者65例作为观察组。比较两组护理3个月后社会支持、自护能力及生活质量评分。结果观察组护理3个月后客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组护理3个月后自护能力、自护责任感、自我概念、知识水平评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组护理3个月后生理机能、生理职能、情感职能、活力、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精神健康、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论同伴支持延续性护理干预应用于前列腺癌手术患者可有效提高其社会支持及自护能力,改善生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of peer support continuous nursing intervention on prostate cancer patients undergoing surgery.Methods A total of 65 patients with prostate cancer undergoing routine nursing intervention in this hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the control group.In addition,65 prostate cancer surgery patients admitted to the hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 with peer support for continuous nursing intervention were selected as the observation group.Social support,self-care ability and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups after 3 months of nursing.Results Objective support,subjective support,support utilization and total score of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group after 3 months of nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability,self-care responsibility,self-concept and knowledge level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 3 months of nursing,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physiological function,emotional function,vitality,physical pain,overall health,mental health and social function in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group after 3 months of nursing,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Peer support for continuous nursing intervention in patients with prostate cancer surgery can effectively improve their social support and self-care ability,improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
