摘要
针对铜电解液的净化,提出了一种新流程,涉及锑铋吸附分离、电积脱铜、分步硫化铜砷、酸盐分离和镍回收。用离子交换树脂吸附去除铜电解液中的锑、铋;在铜质量浓度>5 g/L条件下对电解液进行电积得到A级阴极铜;电积后液用硫化氢沉淀铜砷,使砷开路;最后含硫酸电解液通过酸盐分离得到硫酸和硫酸镍溶液,硫酸返回系统,硫酸镍溶液回收镍。采用此工艺对砷、锑、铋、镍开路,避免了硫酸铜晶体和黑铜泥产生,铜直收率得到提高。
A new process of copper electrolyte purification was proposed which includes adsorption of antimony and bismuth,electrowinning copper,removal of copper and arsenic by fractional sulphurization,separation of acid and salt,and nickel recovery.Firstly,antimony and bismuth in the electrolyte are adsorption removed using ion exchange resin.Then copper is removed by electrowinning with a grade cathode copper being obtained under the condition of copper concentration higher than 5 g/L.Arsenic is then removed using hydrogen sulfide.Finally,the sulfuric acid solution and nickel sulfate solution are obtained by separating the acid from the electrolyte containing sulfuric acid.The sulfuric acid solution can be returned to the system,and nickel sulfate solution can be recovered.As,Sb,Bi and Ni are discharged by the process,avoiding the production of copper sulfate crystal and black copper sludge,and the direct yield of copper is improved.
