采用液相还原法制备高振实密度钯粉试验研究

摘要 研究了采用液相还原法制备高密度钯粉,考察了工艺条件对钯粉振实密度的影响,借助X射线粉末衍射仪和电子扫描电镜表征了产品结构和形貌。结果表明:以二氯二氨合钯为原料,以水合肼为还原剂,制备了高密度钯粉;在钯浓度1.5 mol/L、pH=7、反应温度80℃、搅拌速度150 r/min适宜条件下,钯粉的振实密度高达2.39 g/cm^3。 The high tap-density palladium powder was prepared by liquid phase reduction.The effects of preparation conditions were examined,and the structure and morphology of the crystal product were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results show that the palladium powder with high tap-density can be prepared using diamminedichloropalladium as material and hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent.Under the conditions of palladium concentration of 1.5 mol/L,pH=7,reaction temperature of 80℃and stirring speed of 150 r/min,the tap-density of palladium powder prepared is up to 2.39 g/cm 3.
