摘要
研究了铅冶炼水淬渣的球磨效果,考察了水淬渣质量、大小球数量比、球磨转速、料球质量比和球磨时间对球磨后水淬渣粒度的影响,最后确定了球磨最佳工艺参数。结果表明:在水淬渣质量10 g、大小球数量比1∶6、球磨转速230 r/min、料球质量比1∶8、球磨时间50 min条件下,水淬渣的球磨效果较好;经过球磨,水淬渣的物相发生改变,结晶态物质增多,反应活性增大。
The water quenching slag produced from a lead smelting plant in Yunnan province was ball-milling.The effects of water quenching slag mass,number ratio of large balls to small balls,grinding speed,mass ratio of material to ball and ball-milling time on water quenching slag size after ball-milling were examined.The results show that under the conditions of water quenching slag mass of 10 g,number ratio of large balls to small balls of 1∶6,grinding speed of 230 r/min,mass ratio of material to ball of 1∶8,and ball grinding time of 50 min,the phase of water quenching slag is changed,and crystalline substance and reactivity increase.
