牛蒡根总黄酮对高尿酸血症小鼠的影响 被引量:3

摘要 文中主要研究牛蒡根总黄酮对高尿酸血症小鼠的预防作用,通过检测血清尿酸(UA)、肌酐(CREA)及尿素(UR)水平以及肾脏组织功能的观察。使用酵母浸膏和氧嗪酸钾盐法联合建立高尿酸血症(HUA)小鼠模型,将昆明种,6周龄,72只雄性小鼠采用随机染色用毛笔将苦味酸(染成黄色)涂在小鼠的的不同部位分别标记为6组,每组12只,空白组、模型组、总黄酮高剂量组(560 mg/kg)、总黄酮中剂量组(280 mg/kg)、总黄酮低剂量组(140 mg/kg)、别嘌醇片剂阳性对照组(50mg/kg)。测定并分析小鼠的血清肌酐(CREA)、尿素(UR)、尿酸(UA)含量,并对小鼠肾脏进行病理学检查。与模型组比,别嘌醇阳性组和总黄酮高剂量组可降低小鼠CREA,UR,UA水平(P<0.05)。与模型组相比别嘌醇和高剂量组小鼠的体质量均增加,而中剂量和低剂量组均无明显差异(P<0.05)。结果显示,总黄酮高剂量组肾脏病变程度轻于模型组。对酵母浸膏和氧嗪酸钾盐联合诱导小鼠HUA模型中,总黄酮高剂量组可以降低血清UA水平,降低CR和UR水平。牛蒡根总黄酮对HUA小鼠肾脏有保护作用。 To explore the effects of total flavonoids of burdock root on serum uric acid level and pathological state of hyperuricemic mouse.Method of yeast extract and oxygen oxazine acid potassium high uric acid hematic disease(HUA)mouse model can be established,the kunming species,6 weeks,72 male mice by random dyed with brush will picric acid dye(yellow)in different parts of the mice were marked as 6 groups,each group of 12,the blank group,model group,total flavonoids and total flavonoids high dose(560 mg/kg),medium dose(280 mg/kg),low dose group(140 mg/kg),don′t Piao alcohol tablet positive control group(50 mg/kg).Serum creatinine(CREA),urea(UR)and uric acid(UA)in mice were measured and analyzed.Compared with the model group,the levels of CREA,UR and UA in the allopurinol positive group and the high-dose group of total flavone decreased.Compared with the model group,the body mass of allopurinol and high-dose mice increased,while there was no significant difference between the medium-dose and low-dose groups.The results showed that the degree of kidney disease was lower in the high dose group than in the model group.In the model of hyperuricemic mouse induced by yeast extract and potassium oxonate,the high-dose total flavonoids group can help reduce serum UA,CR,and UR levels.The total flavonoids of burdock root can help protect the kidney of HUA mouse.
