中外水电工程征地移民技术标准对比及应用衔接研究

Comparison of Chinese and Foreign Technical Standards for Land Acquisition and Resettlement of Hydropower Projects and Research on Standard Application and Connection

目前,中国已成为推动世界水电发展的重要力量,但是中国水电技术标准在国际上的影响力还不够,尤其是在水电工程征地移民方面的技术标准在国外应用率更低。为适应新时期国际国内水电工程建设需要,学习分享国内外征地移民安置方面的技术经验,对我国水电工程征地移民技术标准与国际金融机构、国外典型水电开发国家征地技术政策进行了对比分析,并研究了技术标准和政策应用衔接的可能性。

At present,China has become an important force to promote the development of hydropower in the world.However,the influence of China s hydropower technology standards in the world is not enough,and the application of China s technical standards for the resettlement of hydropower projects is especially lower in foreign countries.In order to meet the needs of international and domestic hydropower project construction in new era,and learn and share the technical experiences of resettlement at home and abroad,the technical standards of hydropower project resettlement in China are compared with the hydropower resettlement policies of international financial institutions and foreign countries,and the possibility of connecting Chinese and foreign technical standards and policies is also studied.
