摘要
为改善硫氧镁水泥的力学性能和耐水性,研究了丙二酸(Malonic acid,MOA)对硫氧镁水泥力学性能、耐水性、凝结时间及体积稳定性的影响。采用SEM、XRD、FT-IR对体系中的水化产物进行了表征。研究结果表明:MOA的加入,延缓了体系的水化进程,促进517相的生成并抑制Mg(OH)2相的形成,使体系微观结构更加致密,不仅显著提高了硫氧镁水泥的力学性能,耐水性及体积稳定性也得到了有效改善。
In order to improve the mechanical properties and water resistance of magnesium oxysulfate cement,the effects of malonic acid(Malonic acid,MOA)on the mechanical properties,water resistance,setting time and volume stability of MOS cement were investigated.The hydration products of MOS system were characterized by XRD,SEM and FT-IR.Results show that MOA can retarding hydration reaction,promote the formation of 517 phase and inhibit the formation of Mg(OH)2 in the MOS,which can make the microstructure of the MOS more compact.Therefore,the mechanical properties of magnesium oxysulfate cement are significantly improved,its water resistance and volume stability are improved as well.
