摘要 以无纺布纤维为材料,利用多孔介质结构脱除颗粒物。试验研究表观风速对过滤效率的影响,不同填充率下过滤面积和风速对压损的影响,不同填充率下风速对速度损失率的影响,分析多孔介质过滤机理。结果表明:汽车过滤器过滤效率随表观过滤风量增加而减小至一定值,效率曲线可由y=exp(a+bx+cx^2)表示;随过滤面积增加,材料阻力会降低,结构阻力会增加,压损呈现先降低再增加;风速增加,压损增加;填充率增加,压损增加;风速从0.54 m/s增至2 m/s时,经过过滤器后速度减少量在8%~12%,实测值与模拟值吻合度高。 The non-woven fabric is used to remove the particles using the porous structure.The effect of apparent wind speed on filtration efficiency,effects of filter area and wind speed on pressure loss at different filling rates and effect of wind speed on speed loss rate at different filling rates were experimentally investigated,and the filtration mechanism of porous media was analyzed.The results show that the filtration efficiency of the automobile filter decreased to a stable value with the increase of the apparent filtration wind speed.In the experimental scenario,the efficiency curve could be expressed by y=exp(a+bx+cx^2).As the filtration area increased,the material resistance will decreased,the structural resistance would increase,and the pressure loss would first decrease then increase;pressure loss increased as wind speed increased;pressure loss increased as filling rate increased;when the wind speed was increased from 0.54 m/s to 2 m/s,the speed reduction was about 8%~12% after the wind passed through the filter,and the measured value was in good agreement with the simulation solution.
