摘要
危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)是一种用来辨识工艺过程危害,分析可能后果并提出相应预防与改善措施的分析方法。介绍了HAZOP分析的原理和目的,重点介绍了该分析方法的具体步骤。在环保项目VOCs处理系统中引入HAZOP分析,用于辨识整个处理系统中存在的工艺偏差,分析了可能导致的后果,并提出了相应的预防措施,提高了系统的可靠性和安全性。
Hazard and Operability Analysis(HAZOP)is an analysis method used to identify hazards in process,analyze possible consequences and propose preventive and improvement measures.The principles and purpose of HAZOP analysis are introduced,and the specific steps of the analysis are introduced in particular.HAZOP analysis is introduced into VOCs processing system to identify the process deviation in the whole system and analyze the possible consequences.Then the corresponding preventive measures are put forward to improve the reliability and safety of the system.
