加油站油气回收系统问题分析及对策

Analysis of Problems Existing in Oil and Gas Recovery System for Gasoline Filling Station and the Countermeasures

加油站油气回收系统在使用过程中,受环境、运维保养以及设备本身等因素的影响,故障率会逐渐增多,从而影响加油站加油油气回收效率。从油气回收工艺入手,分析了影响油气回收效率的因素,并结合工作实际,针对油气回收设备出现的故障,对加油油气回收设备的各个部位进行分析,提出故障的排除方法和应对措施,从而确保加油站油气回收系统的正常使用,有效保障油气回收系统的使用效率。

In the course of actual use of oil and gas recovery system for gasoline filling station,the failure rate may gradually increase due to factors such as environment,operation,maintenance,and equipment itself,which may affect oil and gas recovery efficiency of the gas station.This paper starts with analysis on the process of oil and gas recovery system and on the factors affecting the efficiency of oil and gas recovery.Combining with the actual work and aiming at the faults of oil and gas recovery equipment,the paper makes cause analysis on each part of the oil and gas recovery equipment.Then it proposes the troubleshooting methods and countermeasures,which can ensure the normal use of the oil and gas recovery system and guarantee the efficiency of the system effectively.
