摘要 节能降耗是炼油企业一项长期的工作,如何降低酸性水汽提装置的蒸汽消耗也是一项值得研究的课题。通过研究酸性水汽提装置蒸汽消耗的重点部位,利用精益六西格玛法分析出影响蒸汽消耗的重要因素,提出降低能耗的管理思路和建议,为企业装置节能减排提供技术支持,也为同类装置蒸汽能耗的降低提供了参考。 Energy conservation and consumption reduction is long-term work of refining companies.How to reduce steam consumption of acid water stripper is also a subject worth studying.Through studying the key parts of steam consumption of acid water stripper,this paper adopts the Lean Six Sigma method to analyze the important factors affecting steam consumption.Then it puts forward the management ideas and suggestions for reducing energy consumption.This provides technical support for enterprises to save energy and reduce emissions.It also provides reference for similar units in reducing steam energy consumption.
