摘要
目的探讨压力性损伤防护软件在神经内科高危压疮患者防护中的应用效果,提高高危压疮患者的防护质量。方法2018年1月-7月将本科室收治的高危压疮患者随机分成对照组62例和试验组64例。对照组患者采取常规护理措施对高危压疮患者进行防护,试验组患者采用本院开发的具有基本信息、风险评估、伤口记录和防护建议4大功能模块的压力性损伤防护护理软件,对高危压疮患者进行防护。观察两组患者住院期间压疮发生率及首次Braden量表风险评估时间。结果两组患者压疮发生率、Braden量表风险评估时间比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,试验组患者压疮发生率明显低于对照组,Braden量表风险评估时间明显短于对照组。结论压力性损伤防护软件的应用,减少神经内科高危压疮的发生率,缩短了风险评估时间,有利于提高压疮的防护质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect applying pressure injury nursing software to nurse the patients with high-risk pressure ulcers in neurology department and improve the quality and efficiency of pressure injury prevention and treatment.Methods By using computer programming technology and database technology,we established a software system of pressure injury nursing software,which consisted of four major modules including basic information input and management,pressure injury risk assessment,record of wound condition,pressure injury prevention and treatment recommendation.The patients with high-risk pressure injury in our section from January to July 2018 were randomly divided into control group and trial group.In the control group(n=62 after 2 were out of contact during follow up),the patients were given routine nursing measures,while in the trial group(n=64),the patients were dynamically monitored by using the pressure injury nursing software on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of pressure injury and risk assessment time of Braden scale were studied in both groups.Result Both of the incidence of pressure injury and the risk assessment time of Braden scale in trial group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pressure injury nursing software is likely to reduce the incidence of pressure injury and improve the nursing quality,and thus is worthy of clinical application.
