基于冲脉古方药物规律特点探讨与阳明的隶属关系

Relationship with Yangming meridian and the Thoroughfare Vessel based on the rule of drug use in ancient formulas

目的基于调治冲脉古方,分析用药规律特点,探讨冲脉与阳明的隶属关系。方法筛选调治冲脉古方,统计高频药及药组,分析性味归经、功效等规律,结合冲脉的中医经典理论探讨冲脉与阳明的隶属关系。结果收集方剂415首,涉及中药274味,以调补气血为主,归经以脾(胃)经为最;药性偏温;药味以甘为主,甘入脾胃,与脾胃为气血生化之源,阳明为多气多血之经等理论较为一致;而冲脉为一身气血之要冲、为血海,诸药以气血为中介经由阳明奏效于冲脉,说明冲脉与阳明的关系密切。性味归经直接说明了与脾胃的直接关系,且胃为阳府,五行属土,而喜甘温,说明调治气血、脾胃对冲脉疾病有重要作用。结论冲脉隶属阳明,通过阳明胃气血充盛,发挥正常生理功能,或调治冲脉病。

Objective To explore the relationship between Thoroughfare Vessel and Yangming meridian based on the analysis of the rules of drug use in the ancient formulas for the regulation of Thoroughfare Vessel.Methods The high frequency of used drugs and pair drugs in the ancient formulas for the regulation of Thoroughfare Vessel were screened and analyzed statistically.Results A total of 415 formulas were collected with 274 kinds of herbs involved.They are mainly for regulating qi and blood and acting on the spleen and stomach meridians.They are slightly warm in property and sweet in flavor,working on the spleen and stomach.Such discovery is coincident with the theories,e.g.the spleen and stomach are the source for qi and blood manufacture and Yangming meridian is excessive in qi and blood.The Thoroughfare Vessel is the communication center of qi and blood in the body,regarding as the sea of blood.All of the drugs act on the Thoroughfare Vessel via qi and blood of Yangming meridian.The stomach is yang organ,pertaining to the earth in five elements and it prefers to sweet and warm.It indicates that the regulation of qi and blood as well as the function of spleen and stomach is important in treatment of the disorders of the Thoroughfare Vessel.Conclusion The Thoroughfare Vessel is subordinated to Yangming and it displays its function through the excessive qi and blood of stomach qi to maintain the normal physiological function or treat the disorder of its meridian.
