黄尧洲教授标本兼治带状疱疹后遗神经痛经验

Professor Huang Yaozhou’s experiences in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia based on the mutual consideration of symptoms and root cause

带状疱疹后遗神经痛是指带状疱疹皮损愈合后3个月仍有神经痛或复发性疼痛,属本虚标实证,中医学称之为“蛇丹愈后痛”。文章介绍了中国中医科学院西苑医院皮肤科专家黄尧洲教授标本兼治带状疱疹后遗神经痛的经验。黄教授总结多年临床经验,认为带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生主要归根于体质易感、病邪强盛及治疗不当,并在此基础上提出了驱散余邪、清心安神、柔肝止痛、振奋正气的主要治法。常用药物为柴胡、黄芩、白芍、元胡、葛根、酸枣仁、生龙骨等,根据不同并发症加减药物。用药同时结合改编八段锦锻炼激发阳气,取得了较好的临床疗效。八段锦是以中医经络学说为基础,每个动作根据经络循行交接规律而编排,体现出逢练必旋、逢功必绕的特点。

Post-herpetic neuralgia refers to the persistent neuralgia or recurrent pain in 3 months after the healing of skin lesions of herpes zoster.It is deficiency in the root cause and excess in the symptom.Professor Huang Yaozhou is the expert of dermatology in Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.Prof.Huang has the experiences in post-herpetic neuralgia based on the mutual consideration of the symptoms and root cause.Prof.Huang believes that post-herpetic neuralgia is related to the susceptible constitution,severe pathogenic factors and improper treatment.Therefore,the therapeutic method focuses on eliminating pathogens,tranquilizing the mind,softening the liver,stopping pain and strengthening the antipathgenic qi.The common herbs are bupleurum chinense,scutellaria baicalensis,paeonia lactiflora,radix bupleurum,pueraria lobata,jujube kernel and fossilia ossis mastodi.The herbal formula is modified according to different complications.The modified baduanjin physical exercise is combined with the herbal medication for stimulating yang qi to achieve the better clinical effect.Baduanjin exercise is on the base of meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine and every movement is arranged according to the rule of qi flowing among the meridians.
