金凤丸联合补佳乐对薄型子宫内膜不孕患者的临床疗效

Clinical effect on thin endometrial infertility treated with the combined medication with jinfeng pills and estradiol valerate in the patients

目的探讨金凤丸联合补佳乐治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2018年4月于生殖门诊就诊的不明原因所致薄型子宫内膜不孕患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组42例和治疗组42例。对照组予以补佳乐治疗,在此基础上治疗组加用金凤丸治疗。比较两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、卵泡直径,子宫内膜组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达水平、微血管密度(MVD)、子宫血流变化(RI、PI、V max),同时比较两组妊娠率和流产率。结果两组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度、卵泡直径均增加,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组比较,治疗组子宫内膜厚度、卵泡直径均显著增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后子宫内膜组织中VEGF水平和MVD值均增加,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组比较,治疗组子宫内膜组织中VEGF水平和MVD值显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后子宫血流PI、RI值均降低,V max值升高,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组比较,治疗组患者子宫血流PI、RI值均显著降低,V max值显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组妊娠率为54.76%,显著高于对照组21.43%;流产率为7.14%,显著低于对照组26.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金凤丸联合补佳乐可有效促进薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者子宫内膜增厚,改善妊娠结局,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect on thin endometrial infertility treated with the combined medication with jinfeng pills and estradiol valerate in the patients.Methods From March 2017 through to April 2018,84 outpatients with thin endometrial infertility with unknown reason were collected and divided into a control group(42 cases)and a treatment group(42 cases)according to random number table.In the control group,estradiol valerate was used.In the treatment group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,jinfeng pills were added.Before and after treatment,the endometrial thickness,follicle diameter,the VEGF expression,MVD and uterine blood flow(RI,PI,V max)were compared in the two groups,as well as the pregnancy rate and abortion rate.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness and follicle diameter were all increased as compared with those before treatment in the two groups,indicating the significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,as compared with the control group,these two indicators were increased significantly in the treatment group,indicating the statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,VEGF expression in uterine endometrial tissue and MVD value were increased as compared with before treatment,indicating the statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,VEGF and MVD were increased significantly in the treatment group,indicating the statistical difference(P<0.05).PI and RI were reduced and V max increased after treatment as compared with before treatment in the two groups,indicating the statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,PI and RI were reduced and V max increased significantly in the treatment groups,indicating the statistical differences(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate was 54.76%in the treatment group,higher significantly than 21.43%in the control group and the abortion rate was 7.14%,significantly lower than 26.19%in the control group,indicating the statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined medication of jinfeng pills and estradiol valerate effectively increases the endometrial thickness and improves the pregnancy outcome in the patients with thin endometrial infertility.Hence,such therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
