消积止咳口服液联合穴位敷贴治疗小儿食积咳嗽(食积气滞型)的临床观察

目的观察消积止咳口服液联合穴位敷贴对小儿食积咳嗽(食积气滞型)的疗效及血清炎性因子的影响,以期为临床治疗小儿食积咳嗽提供有效治法。方法将257例小儿食积咳嗽患儿随机分治疗组129例和对照组128例,对照组给予消积止咳口服液口服,治疗组在对照组基础上给予穴位敷贴,连续治疗7 d,观察两组治疗后有效率、中医证候量表评分(咳嗽、咳痰、反酸等)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、血清炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10)、不良反应等。结果①两组治疗后治疗组总缓解率为95.3%;对照组总缓解率为85.9%,两组缓解率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组治疗后中医证候量表、咳嗽症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③两组治疗后嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、血清炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④两组在治疗过程中消积止咳口服液、穴位敷贴过程中未出现明显不良反应。结论消积止咳口服液联合穴位敷贴对小儿食积咳嗽(食积气滞型)确有良好疗效,值得临床应用推广与研究探讨。

Objective To observe the effect on cough of infantile food retention(food retention and qi stagnation)treated with xiaoji zhike oral liquid and acupoint application and the impacts of serum inflammatory factors so as to provide the effective therapeutic method for such disease.Methods A total of 257 cases of cough of infantile food retention were randomized into a treatment group(129 cases)and a control(128 cases).In the control group,the oral administration of xiaoji zhike oral liquid was used.In the treatment group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,the acupoint application was added.The treatment was provided consecutively for 7 days.The effective rate,TCM symptom score(cough,expectoration,sour regurgitation),EOS,serum inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10)and adverse reaction were observed in the two groups.Results 1.The total remission rate was 95.3%in the treatment group and was 85.9%in the control group after treatment,indicating the statistical significance(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the differences in TCM symptom scores were significant between the two groups(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the differences were significant in EOS,serum inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10)(P<0.05).4.No adverse reaction was found during the treatment with xiaoji zhike oral liquid and acupoint application.Conclusion The combined treatment with xiaoji zhike oral liquid and acupoint application achieves the satisfactory effect on cough of infantile food retention(food retention and qi stagnation).Hence,such therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice and research.
