摘要 钛合金被誉为21世纪的智慧金属,因其性能优异,在高温、高强度结构和特殊接头的焊接方面发挥着关键作用,其先进焊接技术作为现今高端装备制造主流技术之一,受到广泛的重视。本文简要介绍了钛合金相关性能及主要应用领域,并针对激光焊接、电子束焊接和线性摩擦焊接这3种先进焊接技术,开展成形工艺优化、缺陷控制、组织演变规律以及力学性能分析等内容的综述。 Titanium alloy was known as the intelligent metal in the 21 century.Because of its excellent properties,it played a key role in the welding of high temperature,high strength structure and special joints.As one of the mainstream technologies in the manufacture of high-end equipment,a great deal of attention is being paid today to its advanced welding technology.In this paper,the related properties and main application fields of titanium alloy were briefly introduced.Aiming at the three advanced welding technologies,such as laser welding,electron beam welding and linear friction welding,a review of forming process optimization,defect control,organization evolution rules and mechanical properties analysis were carried out.
