苍附导痰汤联合腧穴热敏灸治疗痰湿内阻型多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Cang fu Daotan Decoction Combined with Acupoint Heat-sensitive Moxibustion on Infertility Caused by Phlegm-dampness Internal Obstruction Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:观察苍附导痰汤联合腧穴热敏灸治疗痰湿内阻型多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床疗效。方法:将60例痰湿内阻型多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组予苍附导痰汤联合腧穴热敏灸治疗;对照组予克罗米芬治疗,观察两组患者的临床症状、排卵率、妊娠率及血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素/卵泡刺激素(LH/FSH)的比值、睾酮(T)水平。结果:观察组在改善患者临床症状和血清LH、FSH、FSH/LH、T水平,以及提高妊娠率等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苍附导痰汤联合腧穴热敏灸治疗痰湿内阻型多囊卵巢综合征不孕,切中病机,内服兼外治,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Cang Fu Daotan Decoction combined with acupoint heat-sensitive moxibustion on infertility caused by phlegm-dampness internal obstruction polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:Sixty infertile patients with phlegm-dampness obstruction polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Cang Fu Daotan Decoction combined with acupoint heat-sensitive moxibustion;the control group was treated with clomiphene.The clinical symptoms,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and serum LH,FSH,FSH/LH,T levels were observed in the two groups.Results:The observation group was superior to the control group in improving clinical symptoms,serum LH,FSH,FSH/LH,T levels and pregnancy rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cang Fu Daotan Decoction combined with acupoint heat-sensitive moxibustion is effective in infertility of phlegm-dampness internal obstruction polycystic ovary syndrome.
