近红外光谱法测定裸花紫珠提取液中木犀草苷和毛蕊花糖苷含量

Determination of Luteolosided and Verbascoside in Extraction of Callicarpa Nudiflora by Near-infrared Spectrometry

目的:建立裸花紫珠提取液中木犀草苷和毛蕊花糖苷快速检测方法。方法:近红外光谱技术结合高效液相色谱法,利用偏最小二乘法建立裸花紫珠提取液中木犀草苷和毛蕊花糖苷的定量分析模型。结果:木犀草苷和毛蕊花糖苷的定量分析模型的相关系数(r)分别为0.9476,0.963;交叉验证均方根(RMSECV)分别为0.00689,0.156。验证集的相关系数(r)分别为0.9854,0.9924;预测误差均方差(RMSEP)分别为0.0051,0.094,定量校正模型预测性能良好。结论:近红外光谱技术建立测定裸花紫珠提取液中木犀草苷和毛蕊花糖苷的含量方法快速、简便、准确,为中药提取液的含量测定和质量控制研究提供了科学合理的方法。

Objective:To develop a rapid method for determination of the luteolosided and verbascoside in Callicarpa nudiflora extract.Methods:Near-infrared spectroscopy combined with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method were to establish quantitative correction model of the luteolosided and verbascoside in Callicarpa nudiflora extract by partial least squares method.Results:The correlation coefficients(r)of the quantitative correction model of luteolosided and verbascoside were 0.9476 and 0.963,respectively.The values of root mean square error of cross validation(RMSECV)were 0.00689 and 0.156.The correlation coefficient(r)of the verification set were 0.9854 and 0.9924,respectively.The mean square root error(RMSEP)of the verification set were 0.0051 and 0.094,and the quantitative correction model predicted an good performance.Conclusion:The method determinated of the luteolosided and verbascoside in Callicarpa nudiflora extract by near-infrared spectroscopy is fast,simple and accurate,which can provide a scientific and reasonable method for determination and quality control for traditional Chinese medicine.
