月经过少中医证素与证型的文献调查研究

Study on the Literatures of Syndrome Factors and Syndrome Types in Hypomenorrhea

目的:探索月经过少中医证素与证型的分布特征。方法:在中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据资源系统(Wanfang Database)检索与月经过少相关的文献,对中医证素及证型进行频数、频率的统计。结果:(1)月经过少病位证素有肾、肝、脾、胃、冲任、心,其中肾为月经过少的主要病位证素;(2)月经过少病性证素有血瘀、血虚、痰湿、气滞、气虚等12类,实性病性证素有气滞、血瘀、湿邪、痰饮、寒邪、热邪6类,血瘀为主要实性病性要素,虚性要素有血虚、气血、阴虚、阳虚、精亏、虚性证素未分类6类,血虚为主要虚性病性要素;(3)月经过少的中医证型有肾虚血瘀型、肾虚型、肾虚肝郁型、瘀血阻滞型、痰湿型等。结论:初步反应了月经过少最常见的病位、病性证素与中医证型,可为月经过少的中医诊断与辨证分型提供参考。

Objective:To explore the distribution characteristics of syndrome factors and syndrome types in hypomenorrhean.Methods:The literatures related to hypomenorrhea were searched in Chinese Academic Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),VIP Database,Wanfang Database,and frequency of syndrome factors and syndrome types were analyzed.Results:(1)The syndrome factors of hypomenorrhean include kidney,liver,spleen,stomach,Chongren,and heart,among which the kidney is the major pathological evidence of hypomenorrhean;(2)There are 12 types of menstrual syndromes,including blood stasis,blood deficiency,phlegm stagnation,qi stagnation,and qi deficiency.The syndromes of solid vasculiture include qi stagnation,blood stasis,dampness,phlegm,cold evil,and heat evil.Blood stasis is the main factor of solid disease,and the deficiency factors are blood deficiency,qi and blood,yin deficiency,yang deficiency,sperm deficiency,deficiency syndrome,and unclassified 6 categories.Blood deficiency is the main deficiency factor;(3)The syndrome types with hypomenorrhea include kidney deficiency and blood stasis,kidney deficiency,kidney deficiency and depression,blood stasis,dampness.Conclusion:The most common disease location,syndrome factors and syndrome types in hypomenorrhean are initially reflected,which can provide a reference for the diagnosis and differentiation of TCM syndromes with hypomenorrhea.
