摘要
燃耗是钢铁企业评价工业窑炉性能的一个重要指标,直接影响产品成本。针对涟钢2座高炉煤气石灰气烧窑进行热平衡测试和分析,根据计算分析结果指导改进和优化的方向。结果表明,通过燃烧方式调整和保温等措施,能够显著降低该窑的燃耗指标。
Fuel consumption is an important index for evaluating the performance of industrial furnace in steel enterprises and it directly affects production cost.In this paper,the thermal balance of two gas fired kilns using blast furnaces gas in Lianyuan Steel was tested and analyzed.The results of the calculation and analysis could guide the direction of improvement and optimization.Results showed that the fuel consumption index of the kiln can be significantly reduced by means of combustion adjustment and heat preservation.
