摘要
简要介绍了鞍钢股份公司10 kV电网安装电缆在线监测及故障预警测距系统,并对电网安全、稳定可靠运行的意义以及电缆故障检测和故障预警测距系统的基本原理、功能、配置进行了和实施情况总结。针对当前变电站10 kV电缆绝缘性故障较多、没有有效监测手段的现状,提出了在线检测方法和技术要求。并对变电站电缆在线监测系统在运行管理中存在的问题和经验不足进行了分析,提出了相应的改进措施和要求,对今后发展前景进行了分析规划。
The paper briefly introduces the cable online monitoring and fault detection and ranging system of Anshan Steel’s 10 kV power grid,and summarizes the significance of safe and reliable operation of the power grid as well as the basic function,principle and configuration of the system.In light of the situation of frequent insulation faults and no ef?fective means of monitoring of the 10 kV cable,an online detection method and its techni?cal requirements are proposed.Problems and insufficient experience in trial operation man?agements of the monitoring system are analyzed and corresponding improvement measures and requirements are put forward.Finally,the future development prospects are analyzed and planned.
