摘要
某23500 m3/h制氧机因下塔的筛板塔体变形等原因,精馏工况异常,无法生产出合格的氮气产品。通过全部更换下塔筛板为规整填料,更换上塔部分规整填料为高效填料,更改塔内氮气和污氮气通道以及改进冷箱空气管路等,解决了氮气纯度不达标问题,并提高了10000 m^3/h以上的氮气产量,且大幅度降低了原料空气压缩机的单耗。
A 23500 m3/h Oxygen generator could not produce qualified nitrogen prod?uct because of abnormal rectification conditions due to deformation of sieve tray tower body of the lower tower.By replacing the sieve plate of the lower tower with regular packing,re?placing the regular packing of the upper tower with efficient packing,changing the channels of nitrogen and polluted nitrogen in the tower and improving the air pipeline of the cold box,the problem of nitrogen purity not reaching the standard was solved,and the nitrogen output over 10000 m^3/h was increased,and the specific consumption of raw material of the air compressor was greatly reduced.
