摘要 高炉软水密闭循环冷却壁冷却水温差在实际生产中,当冷却水温差过大,反映了炉壁温度过高,将严重影响高炉寿命,加大冷却水量可以使温差变小,从而起到保护作用,但温差过小则能源损失太大,增加冶炼成本。从现代炼铁工艺要求来看,准确、稳定的冷却水温度测量对改善高炉操作,指导高炉炉型的维护至关重要,同时对于高炉热负荷的计算,也是一个非常重要的参考数据。 In practical production,when the temperature difference of cooling water for blast furnace soft water of sealed circulating cooling wall is too large,it reflects that the temperature difference of cooling water is too high,which will seriously affect the service life of blast furnace.Increasing the amount of cooling water can reduce the temperature difference,thus protects the furnace.However,if the temperature difference is too small,energy loss will be too large and the smelting cost will be increased.According to the requirements of modern ironmaking process,accurate and stable temperature measurement of cooling water is very important for improving the operation of blast furnace and guiding the maintenance of blast furnace shape.It is also a very important reference data for calculating the heat load of blast furnaces.
