皮带中部取样改造控制技术的实现

摘要 通过分析韶钢混匀矿粉人工取样不安全性及改造必要性,详细介绍混匀矿粉皮带中部取样机取样设备改造内容和控制系统组态设计方法,以及远程取样控制技术的实现。改造完成后,混匀矿粉采用分段多点取样的全自动检验方法,改善现场作业安全环境,满足铁前生产对混匀矿粉质量检验的要求,解决了韶钢混匀矿粉人工取样的历史问题,取得了良好的效果。 Based on the analysis of insecurity of artificial sampling of blended ore powder in Shaoguan Steel and the necessity of a transformation,this paper introduces in detail the transformation contents of the sampling equipment in the middle of the blended ore powder belt and the configuration design method for the control system,as well as the realization of remote sampling control technology.After the transformation,the automatic inspection method of multi-point sampling was adopted to improve the safety environment of field operation,meet the requirement of quality inspection of mixed ore powder before iron production and solve the historical problem of artificial sampling of mixed ore powder in Shaoguan Steel Company.Good results have been achieved.
