生态承载力与产业一致性评价综述

Review of ecological carrying capacity and industry consistency evaluation

生态承载力是产业发展的重要基础。产业发展与生态承载力相一致,是实现区域可持续发展、维护区域生态安全的关键。基于相关研究,总结了生态承载力概念与内涵;探讨了产业发展与生态承载力的关系,总结了生态承载力与产业一致性评价研究的总体进展与主要研究方法。在此基础上提出当前研究存在的主要问题,建议未来亟需深入开展复合生态系统内部相互作用机理研究,集成构建生态承载力与产业一致性评价技术方法体系,并在产业发展与生态承载力不一致性问题上突出典型区域开展示范应用的研究,推动理论与方法的创新。

Ecological carrying capacity is the important foundation for the development of industry.And the consistency between industrial development and ecological carrying capacity is the key to realize regional sustainable development and maintain regional ecological security.Based on a review of relevant research results,the concept of ecological carrying capacity was summarized;the relationship between industrial development and ecological carrying capacity was discussed,overall progress and main research methods for ecological carrying capacity and industrial consistency evaluation was introduced.Then it was pointed out that there were still some problems in the current studies.Therefore,it is imperative to conduct in-depth research on the internal interaction mechanism of the complex ecosystem,to integrate and construct an ecological carrying capacity and industrial consistency assessment method system,and to carry out demonstration and application research in typical areas where the industrial development and ecological carrying capacity are inconsistent,that is to promote theory and method innovation.
