摘要
稳定、高效、安全的运行模式是对餐厨垃圾沼气工程的基本要求。针对某全混厌氧实体工程在运行过程中遇到的高挥发性有机酸的问题,本研究通过分析小试批次发酵试验及工程实践数据,总结出有机负荷率、搅拌强度、功能微生物浓度,尤其产甲烷菌群,以及微量元素为餐厨垃圾沼气工程运行的主要影响因素,共同决定餐厨垃圾沼气工程持续稳定运行。
Stable,efficient and safe are the basic requirements for kitchen waste biogas project.This study analyzed the experimental data both through batch fermentation test in lab and continuous operation in a continuously stirred tank reactor(CSTR)system fed with kitchen waste,aiming to solve the high volatile organic acid problem occurred in the CSTR.The results demonstrated that the organic loading rate,stirring intensity,concentration of functional microorganism,especially methanogens,and trace elements were probably the main factors that codetermined the steady state of kitchen waste biogas project.
