心理契约视阈下高职院校兼职教师管理模式研究

摘要 2019年1月,国务院印发了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》,这是新时代职业教育发展的纲领性文件。其中对高等职业教育提出了明确要求,即“推进高职教育高质量发展”。根据我国教育政策和相关文件对高职院校建设的要求,在专职教师已经不能满足快速发展的高职教育教学需要的情况下,可以聘任一定数量的兼职教师。作为高职教育高质量发展的重要人力资源——兼职教师,必须引起高职教育管理者的重视。心理契约理论更注重组织与员工彼此间对责任和义务的心理认知,从心理契约准备阶段创建高职院校兼职教师信息数据库,到心理契约维护阶段构建高职院校兼职教师的交流机制,是创新高职院校兼职教师管理的重要模式。 In January 2019,the State Council issued the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,which is a programmatic document for the development of vocational education in the new era.Among them,there are clear requirements on higher vocational education,that is,“to promote the high quality development of higher vocational education”.According to the requirements of our educational policies and related documents on the construction of higher vocational colleges,part-time teachers have become an important part of the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges when full-time teachers cannot meet the needs of rapid development of higher vocational education.Therefore,as an important human resource for the high quality development of higher vocational education,part-time teachers must arouse managers’attention.Psychological contract theory pays more attention to the psychological cognition of responsibility and obligation between organizations and employees.It is an important mode to innovate the management of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges to establish the information database of part-time teachers from the preparation stage of psychological contract to the maintenance stage of psychological contract.
