库伯经验学习理论视角下的胸外科规培医师临床教学模式的应用探索 被引量:5

Application of Clinical Teaching Mode from the Perspective of Cooper’s Empirical Learning Theory in Standardized Training for Thoracic Training Surgeon

摘要 目的探讨以库伯经验学习理论视角下的胸外科规培医师临床教学模式在胸外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法以102名胸外科规培医师为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各51名。对照组实施常规胸外科临床教学模式,研究组在对照组基础上实施以库伯经验学习理论视角下的胸外科规培医师临床教学模式。比较2组医师临床实习效果及医师对教学方法的满意度。结果研究组经验收集、反思能力、诊断水平、学习态度等多方面评分及总分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度92.15%明显高于对照组52.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以库伯经验学习理论视角下的胸外科规培医师临床教学模式,应用于胸外科临床教学中能明显提高医师临床学习效果,并提高医师对教学方法的满意度,临床应用效果良好。 Objective To explore the application effect of clinical standardized training teaching mode from the perspective of Cooper’s empirical learning theory for thoracic training surgeons.Methods A total of 102 thoracic training surgeons were randomly divided into the control group and the research group with 51 cases in each group.Surgeons in the control group were taught by conventional clinical teaching mode of thoracic surgery,while surgeons in the research group were taught by clinical teaching mode of thoracic surgery from the perspective of Cooper’s empirical learning theory on the basis of the control group.Clinical practice effect and satisfaction with teaching methods of two groups was compared.Results The single score and total scores of experience collection,reflection ability,diagnosis level,and learning attitude in the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction of the research group(92.15%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(52.94%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical teaching mode of thoracic surgery from the perspective of Cooper’s empirical learning theory can significantly improve clinical learning effect and satisfaction of thoracic surgery surgeons.The clinical application effect is good.
