摘要
对扩散控制方程进行理论推导,并阐述了微流体流动混合的研究、增强流体混合的方法和微流体混合性能的评价方法。运用COMSOL仿真软件对S形微混合器内的流体混合效果进行仿真分析,分别研究4种不同的入口速度、扩散系数和动力黏度对混合效果的影响。结果表明,在其他条件不变的情况下,入口速度越大,混合效果越好;扩散系数越大,混合效果越好;流体的黏度越大,混合效果越差。
In this paper,the diffusion control equation is deduced.The research of microfluidic mixing,the method of enhancing fluid mixing and the evaluation method of microfluidic mixing performance are expounded.The effects of four different inlet velocities,diffusion coefficients and dynamic viscosities on the mixing effect were studied by COMSOL simulation.The results show that the higher the inlet velocity is,the better the mixing effect is;the larger the diffusion coefficient is,the better the mixing effect is;and the higher the viscosity is,the worse the mixing effect is.
