抗心磷脂抗体及抗β2糖蛋白I抗体对系统性红斑狼疮患者发生血栓并发症的预测价值

Predictive Value of Anticardioic Phospholipid Antibodies and Anti-Beta2 Glycoprotein I Antibodies to Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Diseases Predicted Value of Thrombosis Complications

目的观察抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)及抗β2糖蛋白I抗体(Anti-β2-GPI)对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者发生血栓并发症的预测价值。方法随机选择2016年1月-2017年12月至我院进行系统性红斑狼疮活动期治疗的患者80例进行临床研究。根据患者是否出现血栓并发症分为血栓组22例,非血栓组58例,所有患者给予ACA及Anti-β2-GPI检测。观察两组患者ACA、Anti-β2-GPI水平和阳性率。观察ACA、Anti-β2-GPI阳性患者出现血栓并发症患者的比例。结果血栓组患者ACA、Anti-β2-GPI水平均明显高于非血栓组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05),血栓组患者ACA阳性率为63.64%,明显高于非血栓组6.9%;Anti-β2-GPI阳性率为59.09%,明显高于非血栓组5.17%,且均具有统计学差异(P<0.05),ACA阳性患者血栓形成率为77.78%,明显高于ACA阴性患者9.68%(P<0.05),Anti-β2-GPI阳性患者血栓形成率为81.25%,明显高于ACA阴性患者14.06%(P<0.05)。结论ACA及Anti-β2-GPI对SLE患者发生血栓并发症具有良好的预测价值,两种指标升高的患者更容易并发血栓。

Objective To observe the predictive value of anticardiolipin antibody(ACA)and anti-beta 2 glycoprotein I antibody(Anti-β2-GPI)for thrombosis complications in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods 80 patients with active systemic lupus erythematosus from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly selected for clinical study.The patients were divided into thrombosis group(22 cases)and non-thrombosis group(58 cases).All patients were tested for ACA and Anti-β2-GPI.The levels of ACA and Anti-β2-GPI and the positive rate were observed.Observe the proportion of ACA and Anti-β2-GPI positive patients with thrombosis complications.Results The ACA and Anti-β2-GPI levels in thrombosis group were significantly higher than those in non-thrombosis group(p<0.05).The positive rate of ACA in thrombosis group was 63.64%,which was significantly higher than that in non-thrombosis group 6.9%,and the positive rate of Anti-β2-GPI was 59.09%,which was significantly higher than that in non-thrombosis group5.17%(P<0.05).The thrombosis rate was 77.78%in ACA negative patients,which was significantly higher than 9.68%in ACA negative patients(P<0.05).The thrombosis rate of patients with Anti-β2-GPI positive was 81.25%,which was significantly higher than that of patients with ACA negative patients14.06%,(P<0.05).Conclusion Anticardiolipin antibody and Anti-β2-GPI antibody have good predictive value for thrombosis complications in SLE patients.Patients with elevated two indicators are more prone to thrombosis.
