综合护理对妇科围术期下肢静脉血栓形成的预防效果评价

Evaluation of the Preventive Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs in Perioperative Period of Gynecology

目的探究综合护理对妇科围手术期患者下肢静脉血栓形成的预防效果。方法选取在我院妇科进行手术治疗的130例患者,将其随机分为两组,在围手术期间分别进行常规护理(常规组)及综合护理干预(干预组),比较其治疗依从性及下肢静脉血栓发生情况,从而评价两种护理方法的护理效果。结果干预组患者在围手术期进行综合护理干预后的治疗依从性优良率为98.46%,显著高于常规组的83.08%(P<0.05),且干预组患者下肢静脉血栓发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对妇科围手术期患者行综合护理干预,能够显著提高其对治疗的依从性,并能够降低患者术后下肢静脉血栓的形成,对促进患者康复具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing on venous thrombosis of lower limbs of patients in perioperative period of gynecology.Methods A total of 130 patients with gynecological surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.During the perioperative period,routine nursing(routine group)and comprehensive nursing intervention(intervention group)were carried out respectively to compare the treatment compliance and the incidence of venous thrombosis in lower limbs,so as to evaluate the nursing effect of the two nursing methods.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment compliance of patients in the intervention group after perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention was 98.46%,significantly higher than 83.08%in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the incidence of venous thrombosis in lower limbs in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for gynecological perioperative patients can significantly improve their compliance to treatment,and can reduce the formation of lower limb venous thrombosis after surgery,and promote their rehabilitation has important significance.
