新中国成立70周年农民夜校的发展历程与启示

The Development Course and Enlightenment of Peasant Night School on the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of New China

农民夜校是农村党员干部和农民群众接受教育培训的主要阵地,是服务脱贫攻坚、提升农民群众素质的重要载体,是最接地气的群众大讲堂。新中国成立70周年以来,农民夜校的授课目的、授课方式、授课内容、教师选拔等问题随时代发展也在不断变化。本文通过深入分析这些发展历程,对新时代农民夜校的发展和建设提出四点启示,以供各地工作参考。

"Peasant night school"is the main position for Party members and cadres in rural areas and peasants to receive education and training.It is an important carrier to serve poverty alleviation and promote the quality of peasants.It is also the most grounded public lecture hall.Since the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China,the purpose,mode,content and selection of teachers of night schools for farmers have been changing with the times.Through in-depth analysis of these developmental processes,this paper puts forward four important enlightenments for the development and construction of farmers'night schools in the new era,which can be used as reference for work in various places.
