高职院校体育教师技能大赛瑜伽项目比赛分析

The Analysis about the Yoga Match in the Sports Teachers’ Skill Competition Held in Polytechnics

目的推广促进瑜伽运动在高职院校发展。方法采取实地问卷调查,并综合运用文献资料、专家访谈、录像分析、数理统计等研究方法,对高职院校体育教师技能大赛瑜伽项目比赛分析研究。结论瑜伽技能比赛是提高校园瑜伽影响力,宣传、推广瑜伽最直接最有效的途径和手段;高职瑜伽课程有待开发,适合高职院校的瑜伽教材有待编写;瑜伽人才培养模式正处于发展的初级阶段,瑜伽教师队伍薄弱;校园瑜伽群体氛围有待形成。建议政府层面对瑜伽进行宏观管理与指导的力度不足,需要完善地方瑜伽组织机构;将瑜伽纳入高职体育课程体系;结合校园特色,将瑜伽本土化发展,培养校园瑜伽人文素养;加大师资培训力度,扩充高职院校瑜伽教师队伍。

Goals:Boost the development of Yoga in Polytechnics.Methods:Questionnaire,documentation,expert interview,video,mathematic statistic.Conclusion:Yoga Match is the most direct and effective approach to raise the influence of Yoga in campus,propagate and popularize Yoga;The Yoga lesson is to be exploited.The Yoga textbooks adapted to Polytechnics are to be compiled.The cultivation pattern of Yoga talents is at the stage of primary development.Moreover,the teaching staff is weak.The Yoga group atmosphere in campus is to be formed.Purpose:Because of the weak macro control and instruction of the government towards the Yoga,the organization mechanism should be improved;Yoga can be incorporated into the system of PE lesson.Combined the trait of campus,yoga is to be locally advanced and the yoga humanities in campus is to be cultivated.The teachers'training will be strengthened.Furthermore,Yoga teachers are to be enlarged in Polytechnics.
