连锁企业与职业院校合作开展现代学徒制的路径选择

The Path Choice of Modern Apprenticeship in Cooperation Between Chain Enterprises and Vocational Colleges

现代学徒制作为一种以职业为导向的教育制度,不仅是职业教育办学新的风向标,也为企业人才供给和培养提供新的机制。针对目前连锁企业参与现代学徒制利益协调机制缺失、人才培养规格模糊、协同育人成效不显著等问题,提出连锁企业实施现代学徒制的改革路径,即重构以企业为主导的办学机制、规范职业能力培养标准、发挥行业协会作用等举措,从而积极推进企业参与合作办学的积极性,在服务产业的同时有效提升职业教育人才的培养成效。

Modem apprenticeship is a career-oriented education system,symbolizing not only a new direction of vocational education,but also a new mechanism of talents cultivation.Considering the problems in the cooperation between chain enterprises and vocational colleges,such as lack of the coordination mechanism,the differentiation of talent training specifications,and the weak effect of cooperation in talents cultivation,the author puts forward a reform path,that is,reconstructing the enterprise-oriented education mechanism,standardizing the vocational training standards,and introducing industry associations into the cooperation education.The aim is to strengthen the participation of enterprises participate in the cooperation and to improve the effectiveness of vocational education talents to meet the needs of professionals of relative industries.
