Public services play a leading role in a university's ideological and political education for the students because the educational effects will be improved when they normalize their behavior as a result of various activities of the type.In the paper below on the basis of an analysis of the features and problems of current campus public services,a proposal was offered to attract more university students to participate in these activities by utilizing the resources rationally and formulating relevant guarantee systems so as to make better use of their functions in ideological and political educational practice and improve that type of educational vehicle.
