高校人才培养质量保障与监控体系的构建研究

University Talent Cultivation Quality Guarantee and Monitor System

随着我国互联网信息化技术的更新换代,社会企业对人才的需求也变得更加多元化,专业理论与技术结合的知识人才,成为高校人才培养质量所追求的主要目标。而当前各高校在人才培养质量保障与质量监控的构建中,并没有明确的人才培养标准、质量监控制度与评价指标,这严重制约了高校综合性人才培养目标的实现。本文主要针对高校人才培养质量、监控制度与评价体系存在的问题,提出完善高校专业人才教学与监督管理的应对策略。

While universities are oriented to the talents equipped with both specialist knowledge and techniques in their pursuit of educational quality to meet diversified social demands over talents along with the development of internet information technology,their efforts are being restricted by the shortage of a specific talent cultivation standard,a quality monitor system and assessment indexes in the construction of talent cultivation quality guarantee and monitor systems.To resolve these problems,the paper below proposed the strategies to improve the teaching,monitoring and management in university talent cultivation.
