外语类复合型实践人才培养的产学研合作模式研究

Industry-education-research Cooperation for Cultivation of Interdisciplinary Foreign Language Talents with Practical Skills

产学研合作作为高校提高人才培养质量的必要途径,在理工科人才培养方面效果明显,但文科专业尤其是外语专业对其应用起来比较困难。基于此,分析外语专业开展产学研合作存在的问题,借鉴国外产学研合作的成功经验,从成立产学研合作领导小组、共建研发机构、共建师资和员工培训基地、设计人才培养方案、共建实习实训基地、开发教学资源六个方面提出完善外语类复合型实践人才培养的产学研合作模式的对策,具有十分重要的意义。

As a necessary approach for a university to improve the quality of talent cultivation,the cooperation among industry,education and research has achieved obvious effects in science and engineering education.However,it is difficult to apply it to humanities,esp.,foreign language majors.On the basis of an analysis of the problems of the foreign language discipline in the practice of the cooperation,some solutions of great significance to improve the mode for interdisciplinary foreign language talents with practical knowledge were put forward from the perspectives of establishing a steering group,co-building research and development institutes and teachers and employees training bases,designing educational programs,co-building practical and internship bases and developing teaching resources.
