Large-capacity Vapor Recovery Process for Crude Oil and Refined Oil Wharfs

摘要 以国内某码头为例,介绍了原油及成品油码头大气量油气回收工艺的方案分析及选型过程,确定了吸附+吸收/冷凝+焚烧的工艺方案,同时对原油油气进行脱硫处理。油气回收系统的回收单元可根据码头具体情况选用吸附+吸收工艺或吸附+冷凝工艺;若原油油气硫含量不超过100 mg/m^3,脱硫单元可选用干法脱硫,若原油油气硫含量超过100 mg/m^3,脱硫单元可选用络合铁脱硫工艺;焚烧单元可优先选用低温催化氧化工艺。 Taking a domestic wharf as an example,the scheme analysis and selection process of large-capacity oil and gas recovery process for crude oil and refined oil terminals was introduced.The process scheme of adsorption+absorption/condensation+incineration was determined,and the crude oil and gas were desulfurized.The recovery unit of the oil and gas recovery system may select the adsorption+absorption process or the adsorption+condensation process according to the specific conditions of the terminal.If the sulfur content of the crude oil and gas is several tens of ppm,the desulfurization unit may use dry desulfurization,and if the crude oil has high sulfur content,the unit can select the complex iron desulfurization process.The incineration unit can preferably use a low temperature catalytic oxidation process.
