成品油转运过程中的静电风险及预防措施

Electrostatic Risks and Preventive Measures during the Transfer of Oil Products

为避免油罐车转运过程中静电事故的发生,对油品装卸过程油品静电产生机理、人体静电检测以及油罐车转运过程潜在的静电危害进行了分析。从分析结果来看,油罐车在以下环节存在静电风险:油罐车装车、油罐车量油、油罐车晃车控油、油罐车清洗等。针对以上风险提出了静电预防措施,以实现油罐车转运过程中的静电安全。

In order to avoid the occurrence of electrostatic accidents during the operation of the tanker,the electrostatic generation mechanism of the oil during the loading and unloading process,the static electricity detection of the human body and the potential electrostatic hazard during the operation of the tanker were analyzed.Based on the analysis results,there were risks of static electricity in the following steps:tank truck loading,tanker oil volume measurement,tanker oil shaking control,tanker cleaning,etc.Anti-static precautions were proposed for the above risks to achieve electrostatic safety during the operation of tank trucks.
