摘要
为提升中国石化海南省石油分公司雷电应急响应及预防能力,减少因雷灾引起的伤亡事故,组建了覆盖海南省的新型蜂窝布局雷电预警网,对海南地区的雷电活动进行实时预警。使用地闪定位数据对蜂窝布局雷电预警系统的预警效率进行统计分析。结果表明:该系统的有效预警可达到85.5%,错误预警率约为73%,初步认为错误预警率偏高主要是由于预警系统对云闪造成的电场变化探测灵敏,而用来作为对比分析的闪电定位资料对云闪的探测效率较低造成的。
In order to improve the lightning emergency response and prevention capabilities of China Petroleum&Chemical Corporation Hainan Branch Company,and to reduce the casualties caused by lightning,a new cellular layout type lightning warning system was set up covering Hainan province.The early warning efficiency of the system was analyzed using ground lightning location data.The results showed that the effective early warning rate of the system could reach 85.5%and the error early warning rate was about 73%.It wasinferred that the high false early warning rate was mainly due to the high sensitivity of the system to the electric field changes caused by cloud flashes,and the low sensitivity of lightning location data used as comparative reference.
