摘要
阐述了两级串联旋风分离器的数值计算方法,通过采用ANSYS有限元软件建立了数值仿真模型,研究了3组即K7.85+K7.85组、K7.85+K6.28组、K7.85+K10.47组不同连接通道截面积的两级串联旋风分离器的静压、速度、压降、切割粒径变化规律。结果表明:两级串联旋风分离器的一、二级总分离效率随着连接通道截面积的减小而增大,K7.85+K10.47组的一、二级旋风分离器的压降值最大,压降比为4∶6,分离效率最佳;随着连接通道截面积的减小,其切割粒径逐渐减小,K7.85+K10.47组的一、二级旋风分离器的切割粒径最小,分离效率最优。
The numerical calculation method of two-stage series cyclone separator is described。and the numerical simulation model is established by ANSYS finite element software.The variation law of static pressure,velocity,pressure drop and cutting particle size of three groups of two-stage series cyclone separators with different connection channel cross-section areas,i.e.the groups of K7.85+K7.85,K7.85+K6.28 and K7.85+K10.47,are studied.The results show that the total separation efficiency of the first stage and the second stage of the two-stage series cyclone separator increases with the decreasing of the cross-section area of the connection channel.For K7.85+K10.47 group,the pressure drop is the largest,the pressure drop ratio is 4:6,and the separation efficiency is the best.With the decreasing of the cross-section area of the connection channel,the cutting particle size of the first and the second stage cyclone separators in the K7.85+K10.47 group decreases gradually;the cutting particle size of the cyclone separator is smallest and the separation efficiency is best.
