摘要
为满足区块新增产能开发需要,通过采用Aspen HYSYS、Aspen EDR软件以及编制的计算程序对某平台组已建原油处理及热媒系统进行工艺模拟和分析,评估了原油处理系统中的换热器及热媒系统的现有运行能力。结合该平台组新增产能开发预测指标,针对平台4台发电机组的7种可能的不同运行组合工况,对热媒系统运行能力进行评估,得到了6种可行的组合运行方案。针对平台2台发电机组运行工况在部分年份热媒系统供热不足的问题,共提出了8种具体解决措施,通过技术经济比选,推荐采用对MBG-1710/1720换热器进行清洗或更换其换热盘管以提升其换热效果的解决措施。
In order to meet the needs of new production capacity development in the block,the process simulation and analysis of crude oil treatment and heat medium system built on a platform group are carried out by using Aspen HYSYS and Aspen EDR software and the compiled calculation program.The existing operation capacity of heat exchanger and heat medium system in crude oil treatment system is evaluated.Combined with the prediction indexes of new production capacity development of the platform group,the operating capacity of the heat medium system is evaluated according to seven possible operating conditions of the four generator sets of the platform group,and six feasible combined operation schemes are obtained.In order to solve the problem of insufficient heat supply of heat medium system in the case of two generator sets operating in some years,eight concrete measures are put forward.Through technical and economic comparison and selection,it is recommended to clean or replace the heat exchanger coil of heat exchanger MBG-1710/1720 in order to improve its heat transfer effect.
