聚合物高效溶解工艺设计及其在渤海油田的应用

摘要 渤海油田自2003年开始聚合物驱矿场试验,其主力油田采用了难溶的聚合物干粉,使得溶解时间过长而导致溶解系统庞大,过多占用有限的平台空间。为此,开发了配套的高效溶解工艺。首先简要介绍了高效溶解工艺流程及参数,其次较为详细论述了对应于聚合物溶解第一、第二、第三阶段的工艺设计及工作原理,最后论述了该工艺在矿场进行的试验和应用。实践证明,与常规溶解工艺相比,采用高效溶解工艺的聚合物干粉溶解时间短,溶解时间控制在40 min左右,现场的注入压力、井口黏度等均符合设计要求;该工艺为海上平台节省了大量的空间,减少了平台的负载,并在渤海油田得到了推广应用。 Polymer flooding field test started in 2003 in Bohai Oilfield.Due to the polymer powder that is used in the main oilfields of Bohai Oilfield is hardly soluble,the dissolution period is too long and it needs large size dissolution system for dissolution.That means more space is needed for the platform while the space is limited.The high-efficient dissolution process is developed.Firstly,the high-efficient dissolution process and parameters are briefly introduced.Secondly,the process design and working principle corresponding to the first,second and third stages of polymer dissolution are discussed in detail.Finally,the test and application of the process in the field are discussed.The practice has proved that compared with the conventional process,the dissolution time of dry polymer powder used in new process is controlled in about 40 minutes.The injecting indexes such as injecting pressure and wellhead viscosity meet the designed ones.This process can save large space for the platform and decrease the platform loads.It has been widely used in Bohai Oilfield.
