摘要 加强海洋风电平台安全监测系统应用研究,不断完善功能设计,明确和规范各项技术要求和施工流程,对于保证海洋风电开发的安全及形成风电建造标准具有重要意义。结合我国目前最大的海洋风电平台华能大丰海上升压站安全监测系统的建造及应用实践,在简要介绍了安全监测系统功能的基础上,论述了升压站的倾斜、振动、腐蚀、应力应变、沉降等安全监测设备的布置以及安装,并给出了升压站不均匀沉降、应力应变、振动倾斜监测的较为系统的数据。监测结果表明,现场监测数据能够准确反映升压站平台运行情况。 In order to ensure the safety in marine wind power development and establish wind power construction standards,it is of great significance to strengthen the application research of offshore wind power platform safety monitoring system,constantly improve the functional design,clarify and standardize the technical requirements and construction process.Combined with the construction and application practice of the safety monitoring system for Huaneng Dafeng Offshore Power Station,the function of the safety monitoring system is briefly introduced,and the arrangement and installation of the safety monitoring equipment for tilt,vibration,corrosion,stress and strain,settlement of the power station are discussed,and the monitoring data of uneven settlement,stress and strain,vibration and tilt monitoring of the power station are given.The monitoring results show that the field monitoring data can accurately reflect the operation of the power station platform.
